“That was like James Bond or something”

There aren’t many of us small screen presses about so those that are huddle together for warmth. If you go to the shytstem page and scroll down you can see some pictures of me doing a print run, witnessed by our associates at the Shytstem: Eddie and Wedgie. We’ll be taking part in their next issue in some way

Hard Wood Lesson launch

Thank you to all those who came to our house last night, we had a wonderful evening. Ping* and I made a sort of reading room in our living room displaying all our books so far, but especially Hard Wood Lesson, which is now finally finished. It feels good to have another book done. After a little while we went

snail exodus

David is worried that people will think he has made me up if I don’t say anything. I have been worried that the snail exodus preoccupying me is not appropriate blog fodder. But he assures me it is..So here we escarGO… (hoho, oh dear, hoho) The Blue Potatoes are thriving. However, I am keeping a close watch on the

Shark Island

It showed how social darwinism led up to the Nazi death camps, that they were not an abberation in European thinking.

Supercomputer?

This is a celebration post, as we just recieved delivery of our UV exposure unit at our print workshops. I think we might name it ‘the ark of the covenant’ as it is a quite imposing and potentially dangerous box. For those who don’t know, it is a machine for transferring our original artworks onto
