We just had the pleasure of hosting Eddie and Wedgie’s lecture on the Cardboard Box. They presented us with a talk in the style of a box, with a number of amusing practical demonstrations. Eddie rendered a bottle unrecognisable by placing it under a teatowel, a much simpler process than wrapping up the Reichstag.
Boxes have cropped up repeatedly in their ongoing collaboration, up until their current Shytstem project, so this was a chance for them to make sense of it all, or at least try to. We had a good discussion about what makes collaboration work, and as several Chelsea folks were present even the ‘S’ word was mentioned. Thanks to all who were there and Janice, whose Universettee event it was.
